We perceive life through the lens of duality. Good/bad, light/dark, self/other, us/them... all these concepts create divisions and tension between all that which is ultimately One. It is possible to accept life's dual facets and also be present with their oneness. When we live life without judgment, not discriminating but simply being with what we are experiencing, we come into balance.
