This piece symbolizes the beauty found in unconditional love. When we love unconditionally, we accept another exactly as they are, without imposing our own ideas of who they ought to be. In this piece, the two figures face each other as though gazing at one another as though looking into a mirror; between them is a single eye, symbolizing the one reality that we all witness, albeit from our unique perspectives.
